Regarding the Tents, Carpet & Furniture

Question. What colors are available for the Inner lining of the tent ?
Answer: You may please select the Inner Lining color from the shade card available on website.

Question. Can one single man raise the tents? In how long time?
Answer: The smaller tent requires at least two men and the bigger one requires at least 5-6 men. The smaller tent will take around 15 minutes to be pitched & the bigger one will take approximately an hour.

Question. Will the bamboo frame be as strong as the Iron frame?
Answer: Bamboo frame is sufficiently strong. We do not recommend Iron or steel frame, it�s a waste of money. Bamboo is strong, light & moreover it is not seen as it is covered in pole covers. Although Iron has its own benefits such as an Iron frame smaller tent is self supported and do not require ropes.

Question. What is the complete weight of each tent?
Answer: It depends on the your selection of tents. Smaller tent will weight approximately 40-45kgs & the bigger (maharaja) will weight approximately 180 kgs

Question. Do the tent always need to have support or can they under normal weather conditions stand by themselves?
Answer: Smaller Tents on Iron frame can stand without ropes. Tents on bamboo will require ropes.

Question. What is the lead time ?
Answer: Lead time depends upon your order quantity and pending orders in our hand. But usually it takes 50 days to make regular quanitity orders. Shipping time extra.

Question. How are the tents treated to resist fire, fungus and rain?
Answer: The canvas being used in your tent shall be Fungus Proof & Water Proof. The price mentioned to you does not include fire retardant rate. However if you wish your tent to be fire retardant, prices will be charged accordingly.

Question. Can we order carpets too?
Answer: Yes you may order carpets too. The shades are available on the homepage of our website.

Question. Are the carpets treated to resist fire and fungus too?
Answer: The carpets are not fire proof or fungus proof.

Question. .Do one walk on the carpets with shoes, barefoot or what?
Answer: Yes you may walk on the carpet with shoes. It may be cleaned with a vaccum cleaner

Question. What material are the carpets made of?
Answer: Carpets are made of Polyster & Resin. Some have jute mix

Question. Are the tents, the inner linning and carpets possible to clean in some way without destroying the protection (especially the rain resistance of the tent)? After all it is not only fungus that can make stains on fabrics; red wine, grass and earth (when assembling and dismantling the tents) can too ...
Answer: Your tent shall be completely water proof. You may need not worry about rain at all. On a sunny day you may pour water to clean stains. Tents usually do not catch dust so you may use a hard broom to clean them every few weeks. The inner lining should be dusted with a cloth or a soft broom. Please do not pour water on inner lining. The carpets can be cleaned with a vaccum cleaner.

Question. Is it correctly understood that we can choose to have your colours and patterns or we can choose to have our own colours and patterns on the tents, the inner linnings, the carpets - everything? And regardless what we choose, it will be included in the price you just gave us in your last e-mail?
Answer: The price mentioned to you is for your selection. You may select any inner lining color & any print available on our website for the same price. We do not mind making tent of your own color & pattern & the price shall reasonably be increased if your choice increases the price of the raw material. Regarding the carpet, you will have to select from the available choice. The hand made carpets shown on our website can be made as per your choice & size.

Question. Finally, would it also be possible to order special designed furnitures through you?
Answer: Yes you may please let us know what all items you need in furniture & quantity required. We shall send you photographs. You may make your selection from a wide range of choice. Incase if you have design with you we shall make it for you. Please let us know what all items do you want?

Question. How much advance payment do you require?
Answer: We require 70% payment in advance and remaining 30% before dispatch.

Question. Do you provide colored exterior canvas?
Answer: Yes we do provide colored exterior canvas

Question. Is the canvas water proof
Answer: The canvas is completely water proof

Question. Is the canvas fungus proof?
Answer: Yes the canvas is fungus proof

Question. I want to pitch tents near the sea. Can I buy off white (Cream or Egg Dove) color tents?
Answer: No we do not suggest you to buy egg dove color tents if you are planning to pitch it near the sea. Because of the salty air & moisture the tent will look very dirty after few months. We suggest you to go with light brown color or some other shades.
